Generally speaking, the spring of jaw crusher belongs to fatigue parts or vulnerable parts, which can reduce noise during the use of jaw crusher. In order to restrain the huge inertia torque of the swing of the movable jaw and ensure the close combination of the movable jaw and the elbow plate, the spring is added to balance the force exerted by the inertia. The jaw crusher’s spring is connected with the movable jaw and fixed on the frame through the spring pull rod. During the operation of the crusher, the movable jaw swings periodically and drives the pull rod to do compression movement. When a huge inertial force is generated during the movement of the movable jaw, it will be damaged due to the large spring load. In addition, during installation, when our spring is too close to the frame, the force on the spring will increase, so it is easier to be damaged because of larger load. However, if the position of the spring is too loose for small load, it will make the spring lose its own working mission and damage the machine itself.

Therefore, in the process of use, the staff must grasp the distance between the position of the spring and the frame, so that it is neither too tight nor loose, so as to appropriately prolong the service life of the spring.
