The project is equipped with VU150 Aggregate Optimization System, which adopts dry sand making process in the whole process. It is a production line integrating sand making, shape optimization, stone powder control, grading adjustment, moisture content control and green process together, and the tower is fully enclosed without dust overflow. Dry sand making process does not need water washing, and no sewage sludge is produced in the production process. This process can effectively remove the burrs, and the performance of manufactured sand is comparable to that of natural sand.
