Reply:	Hi Mark. Thank you for your question. 1.Install cone crusher on the secure reinforced concrete foundation and the depth of foundation should depend on local specific geological conditions. Put a cover on the foundation in case it is damaged. Moreover, There should be enough space to avoid accumulation and transport equipment expediently. 2.Count the quantity of parts. Check damaged parts which are abrade during handling and wipe off protective coatings, dust and dirt. 3.Apply a coat of grease on finished surface and a coat of thin oil on moving surface during installation. 4.Keep frame vertical and level during installation. Use spirit level and netsuke on the annular finished surface to check center line of the base. Tighten anchor bolt and do second grouting after adjusting the level of base with wedges. When the second grouting layer has hardened, taking wedges out of base and filling the gap by cement, then the frame should be installed. 5.Put shim at the flange between base and drive shaft frame when installing drive shaft. Check the sizes of drive gear by templet after installing it. The moving amount of gear shaft is about 0.4 -0.6mm. Liming Heavy Industry (Shanghai)
