Gypsum, a kind of industrial material and building material, has a wide application in many industries, such as cement retarder, gypsum building product, model building, food additives, sulphuric acid production, paper packing and paint filler. Because of micropore structure and thermal dehydration, gypsum and gypsum products take advantages of acoustical insulation, heat insulation and fire prevention.

Big gypsum isn’t crushed by jaw crusher until its size is allowed to get into grinding chamber, and bucket elevator will take gypsum to storage hopper. Then electromagnetic vibration feeder will send materials to grinding chamber for milling. With air flows ceaselessly, gypsum after milling will get into separator for classification, and unqualified materials will go to grinding chamber again for reprocessing. On the contrary, materials meeting the requirement about size will get into cyclone collector with airflow for separation and collection, and then final powder will go out of discharge device. Airflow will go through upper pipe to blower after separation.
