The moving cone driven by eccentric component closes to or leaves fixed cone constantly. When it closes to fixed cone, materials are squashed and crushed, and when the moving cone leaves, materials will be discharged because of gravity. There must be a safety device in the cone crusher. In the whole operation process, some waste that can’t be crushed will destroy crusher, such as iron, etc. Safety device can eliminate these materials that can’t be crushed and protect machines. According to characters of safety device, there is a spring device and a hydraulic device equipped for cone crusher.
