Granite is a high-hardness rock that is difficult to crush and has a large wear on the crusher. Therefore, a reasonable crushing scheme is critical for granite production line.
In the first stage, it is necessary to use jaw crusher, which can crush the granite into 10-30cm.
Next, there is a difference between the two cone crusher choices. Currently, there are spring cone crusher and hydraulic cone crusher. According to different cavity types, short head type and Standard cone-crushing, single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. In this way, although the initial investment is higher, the operating cost will be much lower in the later stage.
The cone crusher can crush the grainte into 5-10/10-15/15-20/20-31.5 and other different specifications of stone materials.
If you want to produce mechanism sand at the same time, you can add a sand making machine after the cone crusher and output size is 0-5mm mechanism sand.
We also provide feeders, vibrating screens, belt conveyors, sand washing machines and other ancillary equipment.
