Reply:Hi Baird. Thank you for your question.

1.Adjust gap of eccentric fittings strictly according to instructions. When overhauling machine, you should increase the gap at the bottom of cone bushing and keep suitable gap at the upper at the same time.

2.Keep roughness and thickness of each thrust plate’s surface equably.

3.Adjust the gap of bevel gear, and keep the shim placed at the bottom of thrust plate equably.

4.When installing thrust plate, you should make round pin insert the pin hole successfully in case eccentric sleeve is skew.
