We usually use crushers for crushing materials, and there are five ways as follow.
Squashing Method: this way works by approaching materials with two surfaces. And sphere of action will be larger along with the force is larger.
Breaking Method: when materials are crushed, they are easy to be broken because of concentrated bending force. Besides splitting force on the external force point, there is bending force to crush stones.
Splitting Method: this way utilizes sharp peg to crush stones. The force is intensive and local crushing is realized.
Impacting Method: the impact force works on stones instantaneously, so it is also called dynamic crushing.
Grinding Method: crushing surface will move relative to materials, and then the shearing force is produced. This force works on surface of stones, and this way is suitable for fine materials.
Now crushers adopt these ways synthetically, so the crushing force is larger and effectively.
