Vertical mill is a new and efficient grinding machine which is often used in cement production line. Vertical mill made in Liming Heavy Industry is recommended equipment, but how to do daily checks for vertical mill?

1. You should often listen to the sound when vertical mill and classifier operates, and there should be no noise in this process.

2. You should check reducer and other machines regularly to ensure if oil, water and materials are leaky.

3. Check attrition rate of pull rod monthly.

4. Check functions of scraper and feed back system regularly.

5. Check pumping station including tank and pressure gauge every day. Oil the machine when necessary and the oil should satisfy the requirements and filter can’t be blocked.

6. Check lubrication station of grinding roller.

7. You should check if there is oil leakage in the tubing and valve.

8. You should check the millstone and scaleboard of grinding roller each 1000 hours.

9. Check the pressure of accumulator each week.

10. Check center frame, nozzle ring, wind guide vane, water nozzle and other parts regularly.
