1. Find out the center of rotation in the hydrostatic bearing of reducer.

2. Clean up the interface between reducer and chassis and check the relevant dimensions.

3. The surface of the machine is covered with grease, which makes it easy for the reducer to slide on it.

4. Gear reducer alignment mainly refers to the position of the high-speed shaft so that the center of rotation repeats the center of the four support points.

5. Check the locating pin with the hinge of the reducer, and ensure contact well on the whole length.

6. Check whether the speed reducer is close to the frame, and tighten the connecting bolt symmetrically according to the torque required by the drawing.
