When sand making machine has worked for 400 hours, you should add lubricant to it, and the bearing should be cleaned when working for 2000 hours. Besides, you should change new bearing when it has worked 7200 hours in order to make the equipment work normally.

Sand making machine often works at a great lick, so operators should be careful and keep away from equipment. You can’t open the machine in care there is danger. If the equipment should be repaired, you must operate it after the power off.

When there is serious malfunction, just suggest professional maintenance personnel repair the machine. And don’t dismantle core components privately without permission of the manufacturer.
