1.Component of river stone. Powders in river stone will stick on sand making machine which will affect the normal operation, so it is effective to wash river stones before processing.
2.Hardness of river stone. In general, the harder river stone is, the more serious worn machine will be, and production rate will be low. So don’t choose river stones too hard or the efficiency will be reduced.
3.Viscosity of river stone. The greater viscosity will make materials stick on the wall, which results in inefficient work. So viscosity is also a important factor.
4.Humidity of river stone. Similarly, wet river stones will stick on the wall more easily and the efficiency will be reduced at the same time, so you should dry them in advance.
