According to different applications, screening work is divided into ready screening, preliminary screening, final screening, inspection screening, selective screening, dehydration screening and sculping screening.
The method of screening is divided into dry sieving and wet sieving. Dry sieving is one of the most common method, but it is difficult to deal with the damp materials which contain mud. When spraying press water on screen surface or immersing screen in the water, the materials mixed with impurities can be processed successfully, and this method is also called wet sieving.
