Quartz stone is a common rock mineral. The quality of quartz stone is directly related to the content of resin. The higher the content of quartz in the quartz stone, the lower the amount of resin, the better the quartz stone quality. Quartz stone powder is widely used in the production of optical instruments, glass tubes and other glass products; it can also be used as ceramic, refractory materials, abrasive materials, metallurgy, construction, chemicals, electronics, aerospace and other industrial raw materials.
1. Crushing. The large quartz stone is crushed by the crusher machine to small particles (15mm-50mm) which can enter the mill.
2. Grinding. The crushed small particles of quartz stone is delivered to the silo by the hoist, and then uniformly fed into the mill grinding chamber by the vibrating feeder for grinding. Fine powder processing can use LM vertical mill, MTW European trapezium mill, MB5X Pendulum Suspension Mill; ultra-fine powder processing generally use LUM vertical roller mill, MW series micro powder mill; coarse powder processing can use CM European coarse mill.
3. Grading. The quartz powder after grinding is classified by a powder sorting machine, and the unqualified powder is classified by a classifier and returned to the main machine for re-grinding.
4.Powder collection. The powder enters the dust collector through the pipeline to separate and collect, and the collected finished powder reaches the finished silo through the discharge port, and then is uniformly packaged by the powder tanker or the automatic baler.
