300TPH bluestone sand production line / process flow: the stone from the mountain, and the stone less than 750mm is sent to the vibrating feeder through the dump truck. Vibrating feeder puts stone into jaw crusher, the jaw crusher crushes the stone for the first stage. After crushing, the stone material is about 95mm-165mm, and is sent to the European impact crusher through the belt conveyor to crush for the second stage. Next through the circular vibrating screen, the material larger than 40mm is returned to the impact crusher to crush. The stone below 40mm is sent to the sand making machine. Afterwards, the material is graded by the circular vibrating screen. The material larger than the finished product is returned to the sand making machine for re-crushing. The finished product is conveyorized to the finished product area.
