Cone crusher is a kind of equipment which uses the gap between two cones to crush. Hydraulic cone crusher can be divided into two types: fixed spindle and floating spindle according to the different adjustment ways of ore discharge port. The main shaft fixed discharging orifice adjustment is to adjust the discharging orifice by moving up and down with fixed cone spiral. The advantage of this adjustment method is that the discharging orifice is easy to lock. The main shaft floating discharging orifice adjustment is to adjust the discharging orifice by floating up and down the main shaft. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to lock the discharging orifice when crushing hard ore.

But there were also some of the spring cone crusher are as follows: 1) the overiron protection stroke of the spring is too small; 2) the rotation speed of the spindle and the moving cone assembly must be limited so as to avoid burning copper sleeve by the flying car; 3) once the crushing chamber is blocked, it is difficult to clean up; 4) the adjustment of the discharge port is inconvenient; 5) the disassembly of the fixed cone takes too long time; 6) the water ring seal is often mixed into the lubricating oil, which results in the waste of lubricating oil.
