Dry-type sand making process means adopts the sand produced by blast, coarse crushing, secondary crushing directly, and there is no washing in this process. By this way, the stone powder content won’t be low because it is more difficult to run off. Besides, the final products can be used directly without considering excessive water content.

It is creditable to combine dust elimination with fine removal, not only dose it take effects on environmental protection, but also it can control the stone powder content by adjusting airflow of filter. In addition, it can provide reliable security to supply both normal sand and rolled sand, and it also plays an important role in adjusting gradation of final sand because granules below the size of 0.08mm have a large proportion of materials discharged by filter.
It is easy to save and transport for the sand discharged during dry-type sand making process. Once we can be successful in substituting stone powder for fly ash which comes from concrete, then the stone powder recovered from dry-type sand making process can be reused, and the production costs can be reduced largely.
