When installing bowl-shaped bearing, the wire rope can’t damage oil retainer ring. when assembling, supporting sphere should be scraped and there should be an annular gap with 0.35-0.5mm when crushing cone and bowl-shaped mutual sphere in the outer circle contact inner ring. Bowl-shaped bearing bush should be fixed on the bowl-shaped bearing bracket by ambient babbitt metal lock pin, which can prevent bowl-shaped bearing bush from turning along circumference. Bowl-shaped bearing bracket should be fixed on the frame by pin key, and if there is a gap between bowl-shaped bearing bracket and frame, we should deal with the problem at once.
