Optimization program about conventional jaw crusher is that improving the structure of crushing chamber curvilinear, higher and deeper, which can make materials suffer bigger crushing force in crushing chamber, and then they are crushed more adequately, the efficient is higher and sizes of final products are well-distributed.
Besides, nip angle of jaw plate should be changed, too. And there should be work space with active length of 30-60mm between inside of crushing chamber and movable jaw. Because materials are affected by parallel force, now it is easy to discharge final products and solves the problem about blocking discharge opening.
